Purple Coppers! Heavy Bloom Black Copper Marans Hatching Eggs (1/2 doz)

OUT OF STOCK NOTE: Purple Coppers (both chicks and hatching eggs) are completely sold out for 2023. Once I work through my wait lists we’ll reevaluate in mid June. Thank you, we never expected such interest and wish we could met the demand! Please consider our other heavy bloom projects— Rainbow eggers (which include a mauve egger you’ll probably love, chicks or eggs) or our very nice later gen olive eggers (chicks or eggs).

Limited small batch availability! We are pulling our heavy bloom layers out of our Black Copper Marans and are delighted to be able to share these shades of purple, plum, lavender, and grape! These are not a heritage cross, but are rather pure bred Black Copper Marans pulled from our SOP pens to experiment in heavy bloom and cross pens.

In the Spring-Summer of ’22, we can offer half dozens and expect a wait list. When you place your order I’ll email you with a ballpark timeframe of what week you can expect your shipment, followed by updates so you know when to keep space in your incubator clear.

You can expect six heavy bloomed and purple pigmented Black Copper Marans fertile hatching eggs. Due to limited stock, we can only fulfill one order of purple copper blooms per shipment.

Black Copper Marans hatched from heavy bloom purple eggs can also be purchased as straight run day old chicks for $27 each. Please see our policies page for how to order.
