We grow out a great number of males each year to evaluate as breeders. This listing is for one younger juvenile male Black Copper Marans from my purple copper line who has made it through my annual culls for excessive chest leakage and obvious DQs. We usually have 3-5 males to offer each Fall. If you purchase now during presales, you will receive an email invoice confirmation. Later in the year you’ll hear from Brooke by email as to the growout schedule and when you might expect shipment.

Local pickup in in Xenia, OH 45385 is preferred. If you can pick-up, please choose local pickup at shipping and Brooke will email you to plan a pickup.

Shipping adult poultry is quite expensive, as is the box required for postal regulations. Adults also receive top notch supplementation and hydration before making their exodus from our homestead to yours. We were able to source new boxes for 2026 that ship at a slightly lower rate, so we dropped shipping from $150 to $125, flat fee. If it’s extra to your location we cover the difference.
